All The World's A Stage
All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely Players;
They have their Exits and their Entrances,
And one man in his time playes many parts
-- Shakespeare, As You Like It
Good ol' Shakespeare makes lots of sense doesn't he?
Something for each of us to think about.
We are all acting in a huge play.
But this play has no script.
It is strictly an improvisation. We make up the lines and assume the different roles as we go along.
Some days we play the villain, others the lover.
Some days we play a character consumed by anger and fear.
Other days we are kind and considerate.
Well, think about it, isn't the whole world like a stage
Which role will you want to play?
For one, you can't just say you'll stand in the sidelines and watch,
because that too is in itself a role.
You're playing the uninvolved.
Yet, if we want to make a difference in our immediate world,
and in the planet on which we live,
we have a responsibility to choose our roles carefully and with consciousness.
Let's all make this play, "Life on Earth" a joyous, light-hearted romance with Life and all its other members.
There may be a lot of muck to wade through and deal with at first as the other characters adjust to the new script, but, let's improvise.
You can do it.
One word, one thought, one action at a time.
So, what's your part?
And all the men and women merely Players;
They have their Exits and their Entrances,

A blur... its all a blur
The days are all passing by so fast, its all a blur!
The events of all the days are also blurring up...
The pages of the calender are all just tearing off and flying away, off into that dark space known as the past.
And here I am sitting in this whirlwind... as blur as everything else.
Just looking at how fast the days are going by. And trying to remember what those days of mine are filled with.
Sometimes, come Monday, I actually have to think hard, to try and remember what I did over the weekend.
Scary isn't it?

My Funny Friend and Me
Oh wow....Sting's music is always so nice.
Here's my current favourite!
(Its from the soundtrack of The Emperor's New Groove)
My Funny Friend and Me
In the quiet time of evening
When the stars assume their patterns
And the day has made his journey
And we wondered just what happened
To the life we knew before the world changed
When not a thing I held was true
But you were kind to me and you reminded me
That the world is not my playground
There are other things that matter
And when a simple needs protecting
My illusions all would shatter
But you stayed in my corner
The only world I knew was upside down
And now the world and me, I know you carry me
You see the patterns in the big sky
Those constellations look like you and I
Just like the patterns in the big sky
We could be lost we could refuse to try
But we made it through in the dark night
Would those lucky guys turn out to be
But that unusual blend of my funny friend and me
I'm not as clever as I thought I was
I'm not the boy I used to be because
You showed me something different, you showed me something pure
I always seemed so certain but I was really never sure
But you stayed and you called my name
When others would have walked out on a lousy game
And you could've made it through
But my funny friend and me
You see the patterns in the big sky
Those constellations look like you and I
That tiny planet in a bigger guy
I don't know whether I should laugh or cry
Just like the patterns in the big sky
We'll be together ‘til the end is nigh
Don't know the answer or the reason why
We'll stick together till the day we die
If I had to do this all a second time
I won't complain or make a fuss
When the angels sing that that unlikely blend
Are those two funny friends
That's us

Happy New Year
Hello 2006!
Oh wow... 2005 seemed to have passed by real fast.
In just a blink and it has already gone by.
Many changes and events have happened for me in 2005.
(I think I could say that this is probably my most memorable, 'happening' year ever!)
These were mostly in the aspect of relationships.
I've had many things coming and also many things going, some were sad, and others, a lesson to learn from. And of course, some to be happy about.
Well, I guess, like the saying goes, a change for the better.
I guess this kind of applies to most of my changes.
With these in mind(and also a deep breadth), I'll step into 2006.
I hope to be able to achieve much more in this year.
No, maybe not 'hope', but more like a 'want'.
I want to be a stronger person.
I want to do more than what I have done in 2005 and to be proud of what I can do.
I want to cut down on the day dreaming and the procrastinating.
I've got a whole brand new year ahead of me! Come on!
