Gorgeous colours, so detailed! I love the swirly lines.
Did you draw the yellow lines before or after the darker background? It's very effective.
This has a different atmosphere from usual, I love your colours and the textures of the fence and buildings. It works really well.

the lines are by a gold marker... and the background colors was adjusted in photo shop.
