Illustration Friday-Island

On the world map we are not more than a dot so therefore we're considered as an island city. But I like to think that we're a rather green city, as there are lotsa plants/trees around, despite the dense urban jungle.
Not long ago, I chanced upon the International Year of the Reef 08 and another blog it was a great eye opener to learn so much more about the wild life habitats, flora and fauna which I never knew much about/existed on our island.

A fabulous cross-section view! Oh, how I love your illustrations. I'm going to dive into your ocean and spend some time swimming with the creatures, okay?
